Privacy
Short version: this site collects nothing about you, and — apart from the live AI News page, which fetches the feeds you choose — nothing you do here leaves your device.
What we collect
Nothing. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no analytics, no advertising, and no cookies used for tracking. The site itself does not send your data anywhere; the one page that talks to the outside world at all is the AI News Feed, described under “Third-party requests” below.
Your study progress
The interactive tools (flashcards, self-check, lab track, study programs, exam simulators) remember your progress using your browser’s localStorage, under the lai: name prefix. This stays on your device, is never transmitted, and contains no personal information — just things like which cards you’ve reviewed and your practice scores. You can clear it any time through your browser’s site-data settings.
Third-party requests
The site is self-contained: fonts are served from this site (not a font CDN), and there are no third-party scripts, embeds, or beacons. Loading a page does not contact any outside service, so no third party receives your IP address or browsing data through this site. External links — to official documentation and certification pages — only contact those sites if you choose to click them.
One exception: the AI News Feed page. Its whole purpose is to fetch live headlines, so when you open it, your browser requests the RSS feeds you’ve enabled directly from those publishers (OpenAI, Google, Hugging Face, and so on) — each of which sees your IP address, exactly as if you visited their site. When a publisher doesn’t allow direct cross-site reads, the request goes through a public relay (api.allorigins.win or corsproxy.io), which also sees the request. No other page does this, nothing is sent beyond the feed request itself, and the feeds you enable plus your read-history stay in localStorage on your device.
